"Great view of campus from the room on the 9th floor. Dinner was impressive with choice of local wines: Chardonnay and Riesling. Breakfast has room to improve. Wish we could keep the water bottle as momento."

"Great value. Outdated decor but clean sheets and towels. Exceptionally hot water with more than adequate water pressure in shower. Working A/C. Noisy-ish neighborhood, but not enough to prevent a good night's sleep. Breakfast was underwhelming, but at this price I'm not complaining."

"We had 13 people staying at the cottage and we were very comfortable. The house has a wonderful graciousness. The kids loved digging at the beach and swam safely with the PFDs. The water is very deep there. Everyone took advantage of the huge lawn for the cornhole game and our own bocce game. Some adults loved the huge porch while others enjoyed the kayaks and PFDs. The huge sectional with recliners in the living room was ideal for our crowd! I would suggest only two improvements. Towel racks in the bathrooms would help to keep the towels clean. Hopefully the half finished dock will be completed in the near future. The contact people were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"Spa is amazing with excellent staff. Would highly recommend everyone visit and have a relaxing day at the spa. However, the restaurants connected with the hotel are okay at best. The fine dining restaurant was okay & had decent food, yet nothing wowed me it really missed the mark for excellent food at a fine dining restaurant. The pub restaurant was good, anything with brisket is excellent but again some of the other choices are missing components that could make the food really good. I had the artichoke and shrimp salad and was looking forward to something different, but it was just blah, it needs a better dressing and maybe feta cheese or something else added to bring the salad together. Staff were excellent at the pub."
