Decorating tastes vary, but for me, the home was overly decorated and cluttered - counters, walls, abundance of furniture - just too much. Not suitable for a family with young children - have to watch them every minute. Trip hazards on sidewalk. Yard unkept. Long list of particular rules and fines on the counter - uncommonly detailed and nit-picky. Secure and clean, but be advised of all the rest.

Nice Home

The home is big and accommodated our group. It was in a great location in Heber. It was spot clean, but not cleaned. Thoroughly was a little disappointed in the lack of cleanliness.

Family Friendly

Our family met in Heber City to celebrate Christmas because a grandchild was pending and her parents would be unable to travel for the holiday. This home fit our needs perfectly! Everyone who was able to come had ample room and privacy - especially for the baby & toddler. An added blessing to this Grandma was that the owners had thoughtfully decorated the home with lots of lights & Christmas trees!

Fun in Heber City

We had a fun stay with our family in Heber City. The house had 6 nice bedrooms, and fit our family well. There are several minor things that need some attention, but the place was clean, and easy to get to.

Short family getaway

Nice to have family together under one roof. Home was comfortable and meals lovely. We have used this home before and maybe again. The owner has been very friendly and welcoming.

Family Reunion Location

Overall we were pleased with the property. The beds were comfortable, there was adequate seating in the TV room downstairs, and the house was well furnished with what a group of 10-15 people might need for meal preparation. We spent a lot of time in the family room, which is well suited for conversation. The bath towels proved were large and in good condition. There were a few things that we thought could be improved. The showers are dark, and they do not have grab bars. Seating for meals is quite inadequate, just one small table that has four chairs. There are two other chairs nearby, so six people could be placed around the table. (We had brought a folding table based on the interior photographs, so we had adequate seating. There are extra chairs and a folding table in the garage, but I don't know whether they are intended for guest use.) Several light bulbs were burned out when we arrived. There were extra bulbs in one cabinet, so we replaced as many as we had new bulbs. Our group of eleven adults enjoyed our stay, with the house serving as home base for excursions and the place to gather for meals. We did not use the ping-pong table or foosball table. The owner was good about communication and responding to questions.

Quality experience

Home has a warm and comfortable feeling. Six bedrooms, 3 baths, plenty of space and well furnished. Lots of personal attention and support from owners. Nice neighborhood.

Family Birthday gathering

We enjoyed the stay at this property however it was very disappointing and distracting due to the many cleanliness issues. Cobwebs in the kitchen and most other rooms. Burned out lights in the kitchen and several bathrooms. Deceased bug’s in chandeliers and lights. Windows and window wells dirty and blinds which had not been wiped off for some time. White interior doors with black soiled area’s around the knobs. Also the slider door would only lock if you spent 10 minutes tinkering with the lock, and the blinds were broken and falling apart. We left a complete list on the kitchen counter for the cleaning staff. Hopefully future renters will not have to be disappointed with the status of this property. During our visit the property owner was experiencing a personal family issue and we didn’t feel it was appropriate to burden him with these issues. Hopefully the cleaning staff will earn the cleaning fee and make this property reach an acceptable level for VRBO.

Heber Valley Home

Our stay at this Heber Valley home was wonderful. The home itself had everything we needed and was in a quiet neighborhood that felt like home. Close to stores, restaurants, and within walking distance to some, we felt comfortable with our stay in Heber City. Our hosts were available to answer any questions and responded quickly.. Thank you for making our stay one to remember.

Ski Vacation

Clean, well-kept, but a little dated. Plenty of room and space to lounge. Heating system in the lower level is a little wonky. The location was easy to get to, and was a reasonable distance from the ski resorts we used. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Family Get-Together

The property had ample room for our various family members. The kitchen was well-appointed with dishes & cookware. Beds were comfortable. We furnished our own paper towels, bath towels & toilet paper. Both visiting & local family members were comfortable. We would consider staying at this property again, thank you!

Clean house, great location!

The house was nice and clean when we arrived and the hosts were super flexible and communicative about our arrival. The house is super quirky and decorated, a decent amount of personal decor which may deter some folks but we thought it was fun. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and tons of games and movies for the comfy den. It is always nice when hosts allow dogs and we were grateful for the fenced yard for our pup.

Wonderful Heber weekend stay

Our family absolutely loved our stay at this property in Heber! Our hosts were so wonderful! They greeted us and gave us all of the information we needed about staying at their place and about activities to do in Heber! We highly recommend this property for families! The property was very comfortable very clean and had all of the amenities that we needed! We will definitely look forward to staying here again!!

Great house with plenty of room

This house worked great as a home base for all of our friends and family that were in town for a wedding. Plenty of bedrooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Plenty of dishes too!

Family Weekend

We had a wonderful weekend. The house is nicer than what the online pictures make it look like. We loved the theatre room. We loved that the toy closet was well stocked. The children had plenty of toys to play with. The outside gazebo was very nice. The adults could sit and the children could run around and play. The bathrooms weren't as clean as we would have liked.. It would be great to have a keyless entry. It is a little stressful trying to meet up with someone for a key. (We were running behind.) I would say that our overall experience was very pleasant. We were 5 minutes away from the Heber Railroad and enjoyed a morning on the train.

Liked the location

The property was well kept, however the only complaint was that the bedrooms had so much furniture and decoration in them that they seemed cluttered and looked to busy.
