"From the moment I booked until we left the property, the experience was a good one! Communication with Claire was easy and very informative. Check in was seamless and she was very accommodating to our ever changing schedule. The property is stunning, with the apartment being extremely comfortable and well stocked. She even went out of her way to get us milk and goodies! So nice after such a long trip from California. We chose this property due to its proximity to nearby family, and local attractions and we definitely will stay again."

"We had a wonderful, chilled weekend celebrating a couple of big birthdays. The open plan kitchen-diner and the patio were great for dinners and drinks. The living room with its roaring fire was perfect for a cosy evening. The hot tub and tennis court were a real hit. And the location is beautiful. We walked in the forest and had a fabulous morning hacking at the Ashdown Forest Riding Centre. The house would benefit from a second shower but with three loos and a bath we were fine."

"We had an amazing stay. Bob and Liz were lovely and friendly hosts, provided a really nice breakfast and a nice, tasteful welcome package in the fridge. The authentic cottage was a lovely and peaceful place to stay, well renovated and well accomodated. As is the case in most cottages, some of the beams and ceilings are quite low, so watch your head. The walks on the grounds between the bluebells are an absolute must in spring. In the nearby area the places to visit are Plaw Hatch Farm, Bluebell Vineyards and Kew Wakehurst. We fully recommand this cottage if you like a nice and peaceful holiday right in the middle of nature."
