Older hotel, but rooms are good. Clean, comfortable bed, only one pack of coffee, near the Highway, and a busy Mexican Grill restaurant so a bit noisy at times. Not much going on in this small area, but we slept well. Good for the price.

It was close to a restaurant, and it had a sort of view of water that made it feel a little better. The clerk was a bit inaccessible, which made me feel like it was a bad area, but she was pleasant and helpful.

One night stay in Hazen, Arkansas.

Everything was great with the exception of the TV only having one channel in which to watch, it was a HDMI channel. No selection here what so ever. They obviously do not have cable or local channels. Staff was friendly, room was very clean and comfortable. Very good Mexican restaurant adjoins parking lot. Felt secure, staff physically monitored parking lot.

For a long haul trucker who needs a place to park his/her rig, this place would be ok. For an older couple traveling with 2 pets...not so much. The setting is bleak, the amenities are few and the hosts are not entirely welcoming. As a positive, in addition to the ample parking for big rigs and trailers, the property shares with a really excellent Mexican restaurant, El Amigo Feliz.

Well used, cardboard feeling bed with foot print on the front door and dead fly smashed on the restroom door. Clean enough but smells like an India incense, complementary soap and shampoo are the same. Styrofoam coffee cups leaked through the sides, water stain on the ceiling. Good choices of TV channels.

Worst motel I’ve ever been to. The staff could barely speak English. The check in was rude. The furniture and bathroom area looked like it was a legitimate effort to do the absolute least in order to save on maintenance.
