5/5 - Excellent
It was good to visit my hometown and former house.

Very cute and laid back old Hawaii feel. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The village of Hawi was our favorite stop on the island. Short walk from the hotel to the Main Street with shops and restaurants. We only stayed one night and have already talked about coming back and staying ...

Our family had an amazing 4 night stay here. The host was extremely accommodating and responded in a timely manner.

Our stay with kids was difficult. We stayed a 15min walk from the lobby/pool in the Palace. The tram system runs very slowly and infrequently. Beautiful area, lots of driving to see rest of island, we had lots of rain
What a peaceful, happy little town. So happy I was able to check it out.
I was raised there and miss the people and the businesses that were there. It’s all touristy.
The coffee shop in Hawi was fabulous. The grocery store was great and the proprietors there very friendly. Minnie’s restaurant was great too. The Kohala Baptist church was a foretaste of heaven!
