The cottage adjoining the owner's house, has its own entrance with an area of 130 m2 on 2 levels. It has private parking courtyard and a lovely verdant and flowery garden.
This cottage has the original mud walls with a thickness of approximately 1m which you will discover all its advantages! So you can sleep well cool in summer and warm in winter.
Ground floor: entrance, large kitchen with table and chairs: large fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, Senseo coffee machine and filter). The kitchen is separated from the living room with fireplace and dining room. Large bathroom with bath and washing machine and separate toilet.
The first floor is accessed by a wooden staircase leading to a mezzanine, serving 2 bedrooms, 1 has 1 double bed and the other 3 single beds and 1 crib if necessary. The floor has one shower room and separate WC.
You can also enjoy the garden and barbecue are at your disposal. The owners also make available bikes if needed.
The cottage is open all year. The owners offer a glass of friendship during the stay.
Rental Price for a week (Saturday to Saturday 16h 10h):
- High season rental (school holidays): 300 euros the week
- Low Season Rental: 250 euros the week
Weekend rental (Friday to Sunday 16h 10h):
- High season (school holidays): 180 euros
- Low season: 150 euros
Reservation: a 25% payment must be made to confirm the reservation, the entire amount must be paid at arrival.
Deposit: 200 euros per rental, returned at the end of the stay.
Cleaning prices (compulsory): 50 euros per rental
On request: 1 bed linen (sheets and pillowcases): 5 euros
Free: Wifi, TV, parking, heating, firewood, barbecue, bikes.
Pets are not accepted.
