"The suite is old, and so may not appeal to everyone. It doesn't have AC so could be a hot box in summer, but there are plenty of fans and lots of open windows. There is lovely, tiny balcony off the kitchen, facing the back garden. I stayed for just one evening and was quite comfortable. The place suited me perfectly. A must is to walk around the acre or so garden. Margaret is a lovely, friendly host. She recommended a decent restaurant just a couple of hundred metres away. I sampled the...

"The owners and staff were welcoming and kind. Lovely property on the river. Several areas to sit etc. a bit outdated especially the pool but it was clean. No wifi was provided. No coffee maker in room. Also it would be nice to have beverages available like water on site. Some noise as my room was by the stairs. I’d get another one next time. All in all I had a relaxing time and will return."

The property is not near the city center but nothing is far away in Peterborough - and it’s easy access to Hwy 7 and 115. There are lots of stores and restaurants nearby - easy walk or quick drive. Good breakfast with excellent hosts!"
