"Very nice, clean property with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Meals and drinks were all good at the restaurants and bars. Always ample seating at the pools, beach, and bars. Children at the resort were so well-behaved. We liked the beach, but we were very disappointed that it wasn't a particularly swimmable area. "Great food and service. Beach isn't as nice as West coast but hotel offered 10 min transfer to Carlisle Bay for crystal clear waters and snorkeling. "

"The room was wonderful. The AC didn't work well but we left the balcony door open and opened the windows and it made for a pretty good breeze. The food was not good at all.
