"Excellent hotel, rooms nice size with everything you need,spotless and super comfybed , breakfast was amazing lots to choose from and delicious pastries, nicely priced drinks at the bar and the staff were so friendly and helpful and situated in a good area short walk to docks,reeperbahn and city centre"

"Very large hotel. Staff friendly, but friendliness of front desk people seemed forced rather than genuine. The hotel seemed very well-staffed (there are plenty of staff around). Beautiful, but small, swimming pool. Even smaller workout room. My room was spacious and very comfortable. A/C worked well and room was quiet and well equipped. A 5-min walk to the Dammtor station, from which one can easily reach the Hauptbahnhof. Short walk to lovely park along the water, too."

"The hotel is only a 10 to 15 minute walk from the train station. The Hotel was very clean and tidy the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is well worth the extra money!"
