"Wonderful time spent at Fairmont. Warm welcome from the moment we stepped on the property. Got a room upgrade and complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary. "Let us be clear on what this place is. This residence is a series of rooms which are the extensions to someone's house. "The staff were excellent. However, they only have 1 restaurant. The food they served for dinner was very small. And they only served hamburgers and hotdogs for lunch. "The room was wonderful. The AC didn't work well but we left the balcony door open and opened the windows and it made for a pretty good breeze. The food was not good at all. The best thing was a shrimp Alfredo that we had one day for lunch. The staff was ok. Most of them walked around with scowls on their faces but there were a few that made up for that. Gregory was very pleasant and helpful. Shevika at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful as well. Leo went out of his way to say hello...
