The compact kitchenette is equipped with everything needed to prepare simple meals during your stay. The modern bathroom includes a shower, toilet and fresh towels for your convenience.



Step outside onto the private decking area to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine while taking in the surrounding countryside views. Whilst sitting on the deck, guests can enjoy listening to the sky larks and watching buzzards soaring overhead.

Flint Vineyard and the taproom at Grain Brewery are a short distance from the property and definitely worth the visit.

The nearest mainline railway station is at Diss Railway Station, around 15 minutes away by car, offering direct Greater Anglia services to Norwich, Ipswich and London Liverpool Street in around 90 minutes.



Regular bus services connect Harleston with Norwich, Diss, Bungay, Beccles and Great Yarmouth, making it easy to explore the surrounding area without a car. Key local routes include the 36A/36B to Norwich, the 81 to Diss and Beccles, and the 84 to Norwich via Hempnall.



For days out, the Norfolk Broads, historic Norwich, Southwold and the Suffolk Heritage Coast are all within easy reach, while local walking and cycling routes pass through the beautiful Waveney Valley countryside.
