"Three best friends celebrating a Birthday weekend trip. Everything was very clean. Kitchen well stocked. Love the view from the home of the water. So peaceful.we enjoyed watching movies and playing cards. She has a variety of board games to choose from. We will definitely visit again! Thank you!"

"Great place to stay. We were able to ride our bikes to downtown in less than 10 minutes. Coffee and breakfast downstairs was fantastic. Host was fantastic and very communicative. 10/10 would book again."

"This is a brand new unit. Nice size for a studio with a king sized bed, a good sized kitchen area and nice sitting area. It was too hot to hang out on the small balcony, but that could be nice on a different weekend!Location is what makes this place so nice. We walked to Reed's for coffee, the Mar for dinner, and checked out the waterfront . . . without having to get in a car. Not too far from the bridge to head over to Atlantic Beach too. Overall, would rent again."

"The house had an unpleasant odor, the kitchen pots were not very clean, and there were no blankets provided for sleeping, which was inconvenient. If the host could improve the cleanliness of the kitchen, freshen up the house, and ensure blankets are available, it would make the stay much more comfortable."

The only issue we had was the residents in the other rooms were less than friendly, this isn't anything the room owner could help. I'm assuming they have had a bad experience with other visitors. "Everything about this place was perfect. The host thought of everything. If you might possibly need it - she has it stocked. Very beachy and vacation feeling accents. Great AC. Great coffee options, she even left complimentary snacks, drinks and welcome boxes for us!!! Kiddos loved the garage hang out area.
