"This is a follow up review to my previous one following getting a great response from the hotel team after getting in touch with them post stay. You may have noted in my earlier review that I woke up with insect bites - unknown origin. I let the hotel know about this in case it was a room issue. They have now let me know about the extensive action that they have taken to check the room, treat the room and also check and treat neighbouring rooms. I am really impressed with this and feel assured that, when the team know of a potential problem, they are keen and willing to take steps to resolve it. Any hotel can end up with an issue but this team really took it seriously and took steps to sort it."

"The room was as advertised, easy to access, clean and comfortable. There were no staff present but a text message was responded to quickly and helpfully. Only moan is the free parking just means street parking which is unregulated 3pm to 11am but if you stayed more than 1 night you would have to find alternative parking during the 11-3 period. Overall excellent value and would happily stay again."
Newly Refurbished Large Family Home-6 minute to Tube

"I am giving it a 5 because I can't give it 7s or 8s. The home was even better than described; perfect for out family. It is modern, clean and well-equipped, Jubed is extremely courteous and responsive, even coming over at 10pm to take care of a maintenance issue. Appliances and wi-fi are excellent. It is just a 8-minute walk to the tube to then get to anywhere in London. From booking to check-out, the process could not have been smoother. A great experience....."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Elena’s home with our toddler. The space is perfectly suited for a family, and the location, directly on the bus line to the East Finchley underground stop and in a lovely neighborhood, was convenient to get wherever we needed to go. Despite the record-breaking heat, the unit stayed cool and comfortable with multiple fans. Additionally, we had everything we needed (including laundry soap!) and Elena was incredibly responsive when we needed her. We’ve already recommended the home to nearby family and will definitely be back!"

"Arrived early to such a friendly welcome. Able to leave our bags before check in. Checked in and bags were already in the room, amazing staff and service. Room was spacious enough, very clean, snacks and drinks provided. Iron, ironing board and hair dryer in room. Television in room. Fan in the room which was a godsend in 30+° heat. Comfortable bed, slept so so well. Such a warm welcome, beautiful building and room. Will definitely book again. Highly recommend. Thank you"
