"These rooms were spic and span. Very clean smelled well. The staff was amazing. Great front desk people wonderful attitudes a lovely place to stay. Breakfast was good. Plenty of parking and the place is very well. Decorated with modern art deco beautiful finishes if you're ever in the Toledo area this is the place to stay and the rooms are reasonable price wise"

"The room had an odor. The carpet needed a deep cleaning. Otherwise all was good. The first room they assigned to us had a TV that did not work properly so the front desk had us move over to the next room. They apologized and gave us free breakfasts. The breakfast buffet was good. Would have given 5 stars if the carpet was cleaned. Cleaning staff was friendly."

"There was a package of broccoli in the freezer part of the fridge. Had not been taken out and think they cooked some in the microwave. Smelled all the time we were there"

"We booked in late everybody was great got us in a room helped us relocate in a different room was very nice Jeff shift manager or front desk not sure of his title but if he wasn't a manager he needs to be one help my fiance get the room changed to accommodate what we needed he was very helpful very polite he done an excellent job very very happy with his service"
