The hotel is in a good location. The bed was comfortable and clean. Fixtures and fittings are a bit dated and could use a refurb - especially the bathrooms. There was a strong smell on cigarette smoke on the floor and rooms, which i mentioned to housekeeping and was advised a guest might have been smoking, but it was more that than. Generally, this was good comfortable hotel and it was decent value for the price.

Good place to stay

Only stayed for one night but the experience was good ,the staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean so was the bedding. Although the food was great it is incredibly overpriced ,they would work on that.

honestly i wasn't the one who went there but i booked the place for my dad and my children they sent me the video of the place it was very beautiful and clean my children loved the place i would recommend this place to anyone my dad said the service was very good

Staying there was amazing, except the noise opposite someone was drilling all night but other than that we had a great time. Cresta could do with a ironing board and iron in the room and more tissues 😂😂😂

The only regret I have is that I book the room with breakfast included and when I got there it was not so. I had to pay the Hotel restaurant $25.00 per day for breakfast when it is included it is a better fare.

The hotel itself is unique architecturally. It's very eye catching. Unfortunately it seems like it's on the same level it was at 30 years ago. We tried calling room service several times but we didn't get an answer. Places offering better facilities are more reasonably priced.
