"I had a pleasant stay here. As a solo female traveler i felt safe and comfortable. The place is old and hasnt been updated but they've done a good job with maintaining the cleanliness. Staff was pleasant. There was a mini fridge, air dryer and microwave which was helpful. It was also really quiet unlike a lot of other placea I have stayed. I would stay here again."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rothesay Heritage house. The view of Harbour Grace was spectacular. The hosts, George and Lynn, greatly contributed to our great lodging experience. Lynn’s breakfast was the best! George gave us suggestions regarding where we should go and what to do there. George entertained us with his musical talent on the piano and guitar. Our only complaint was that the bathroom was too small. I would not hesitate to recommend this B&B to others."

Owner agreed to fully refund if VRBO would refund her their portion but did not follow through and ignored subsequent messages from me and VRBO. VRBO confirmed they would refund their portion. We lost 294.40 for travel Sept 29-Oct 1 which was equal to one night stay. She refunded initially one night immediately but never followed through on her word. "
