"Pool is always closed while the weather is totally clear in the weather applications
No water in the room
They have different plug electricity which is different from the other hotel i stayed in hong Kong and when i asked for just borrowing a plug during my stay they asked for 200 dollars for renting it
Refused to let us check in at 1 pm although they do that for others at the same time while we are asking for
Staff is not helpful at all And make every thing complicated"

"They didn’t get us pancakes even though my daughter had them for last two days. It was early like 9:30 and there was no one to do it for the day. The manager said there was no pancakes for the rest of the day. Breakfast was 7to 10:30."
