Everything was excellent except the shower. There was no water pressure and the shower was at a trickle. The staff were very nice.

The elevator broke down afer 1 night and being on the 5th floor this was not fun for me. I ordered a suite expecting to get a sitting area and got another bed. Everything was very dated and the jacuzzi jets in bathtub did not work. No effort was made from the hotel to contact people about the elevator or offer a room on lower floors. Generally reception staff spent their time outside smoking and not paying attention to reception. When asked about elevetor they said repair man would come next day but nothing happened during my stay. Only bright spot was the steak house aound the corner and the location in general.

Room was sun-facing and very hot. It was in the 60's outside. AC wouldn't turn on (we were sweating) and went to the front desk. They said that management didn't deem AC necessary so it was turned off for the whole building and wouldn't turn it on. Sauna was advertised, but they said it was broken. Luckily we had our personal 24 hour sauna of a hotel room and were too hot to sleep well. Opening windows helped slightly, but there was traffic noise.

Gutes Stadthotel.

Ich war zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt.Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum und der Linienbus hält vor der Tür.Das Zimmer incl. Bad war geräumig und sehr sauber.Das Bett war sehr bequem.In der Umgebung sind viele Gastronomische Betriebe.

Ich habe nach einer Unterkunft gesucht, die zentral gelegen ist und Parkmöglichkeiten hat. Zum Hotel gehören gebührenpflichtige Parkplätze (8€/Tag), was meinem Vorhaben, innerhalb Hanaus die Deutschlandcard zu nutzen, sehr entgegenkam. Alles in allem waren wir mit dem Hotel mehr als zufrieden.
