No water pressure in the sink… bed spread had burn holes.. called front desk to ask if I could pay the extra charge to stay later than the 11am check out, was told “if you leave by 1:30-2pm your good no charge”. By 11:30 am while showering there was pounding on the door telling us it’s their cleaning time and we should leave… my husband explained we already confirmed with office that we were leaving later…he then went to shower and 2 more times there was pounding on the door telling us to leave for their “ cleaning time” not to mention the place is NOT all that clean!

Solid 3 star hotel. Stayed 1 night for a concert at the coliseum. Extra star for late check out at 2pm! Staff was friendly, place was clean enough but definitely needs updating. If you just need a cheap place to rest your head then this is perfect for that price.

When I arrived for Check-in there was no one there to check me for about 10 minutes. And after they checked me and they gave me a room. That was already been occupied by someone else that was dirty. They hesitated to give me a different room. Because they thought that I was the person I supposed to be in the other room. It was bad service all around and when they did put me finally, put me in a new room.It was probably about an hour later and that room was still also unsanitary

The sheets, the pillows were dirty. They had yellowish stains I had to use my own sheets and pillow cover. I was changed of room because the one I chose wasn’t cleaned. It’s shameful to have a place like that for people to book on Expedia

An experience.

The room was neat upon entry and first look, but once i was settled in things revealed themselves. The cloths and towels were under the sink which had a leak so they got soaked and unusuable. The bed sheets, pillow top and top comforters were dirty and stained. When i asked for replacements i was told there was none ofnanything clean at the moment. When ibwas given a fitted sheet after 12am it was too small and didnt fit the bed

The room was filthy. My socks turned a deep shade of brown from walking across the hard, cold floor as there was no carpet. The hot water barely worked and the shower held a huge puddle of water. If this is "renovated" what was the building before, an active fire zone?

It was horrible, the bathroom was so cold. The heat blew a neutral temperature and it never warmed the room up. It has holes that were patched up and cigarette burns all over the room including the bathroom. The picture provided completely miss represented the hotel and the price.
