"My room was excellent in space, facilities and cleanliness. The food was fine in the restaurant and a fine selection of drinks at the bar.
The automated check-in machines are abysmal and when I had troubles there the staff were not very friendly at all. I'd still use again for everything else was fine."
"The staff was busy (bar tending!) when we checked in and seemed annoyed to have to help us find our reservation. The room had one chair (for two of us!) and no luggage rack. The outside of the hotel was littered with trash blowing around the front door. We had to walk through a very noisy, crowded bar area to get to the hallway leading to the rooms. All in all not good. We would not recommend it or ever stay there again."
"I stayed at this hotel for the ERA Congress held at the SEC Centre. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the venue, and it was very convenient to return to the hotel between sessions for a quick rest.
There were no convenience stores in the immediate area, but a train station was nearby, and there were several good restaurants within walking distance beyond the station.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and ideally located for conference attendees. I would gladly stay here again...
"The room was comfortable for a family of 4, the room was clean, but there was an awful smell on the hallway. The hotel is 20 minutes by bus to the train station, the bus is around 5 minutes walk from the hotel, so it is not that close, you need to plan in advance so you will get to the train on time. But if you plan ahead it is not that bad. Make sure you come back before 11pm so you can catch the last bus. There are not ubers or taxis around the area unless you know a local that can share a...
"We didn’t know the area super well and ended up in Larbert when we wanted to be in Falkirk, however, it has easy access to the train and we were able to get around very easily. Denise was an absolute gem and so hospitable. She even helped us chat out our plans and narrow down options and how to get where we were going. Room was great!"
