Very comfortable home. Plenty of room to spread out. Large yard for kids and parents to play in. Views of mountains really great. Bitterroot Farmstand across the street was a bonus. Hamilton is a nice town. Great parks and river access. Great farmers market

This home was ideal for our family of seven on a visit to Hamilton. The home was squeaky clean, tastefully updated, well-decorated and furnished, with high quality beds, pillows and sheets/covers. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one needs and expects. The home is centrally located near town in a semi-rural setting with beautiful mountan views. Highly recommend this place!

This house was perfect for our group, spacious rooms, big comfortable beds, plenty of hot water for all guests to shower, close to town while still in the country. The little fresh vegetable and egg market within walking distance was a huge plus and we enjoyed watching the deer in the huge yard. There were a few issues that keep me from giving it 5 stars across the board. 1. No key at check-in, it was missing and property manager had to come change the lock the next morning, bent and broken blinds, wet sheets still in dryer and no AC. The house did cool down but not until after midnight. This made it very hard to get to sleep. There are ceiling fans, but if the owners are unwilling to install AC they really need to provide some box fans to help move the air around. The property managers were very kind when we called about the key issue. I would absolutely stay here again if I came back through Hamilton.

The inside of the house is nice and clean, and most everything we needed was there. The outside of the house needs some attention. There's some damage to the soffits by what I'm guessing is some type of woodpecker. As a result, there was bird poop all over the patio door and steps because something built a nest there. I'm assuming this is a recent event, and will be addressed. The yard is unkept, shich isn't that big of a deal, but it definitely doesn't look like the pictures. There's no AC, but we managed to keep the house comfortable by opening windows in the evening and closing them as it warmed up in the mornings. The internet provided is slow and does not work for streaming, but it gets the job done if you need it.
I know it sounds like I'm trashing the place, but it actually was a very pleasant stay. The location is quiet and comfortable.
The caretaker is very friendly and check in / check out is a breeze.

We rented this house as a central location to get together with our three kids, their spouses, and 6 grandkids, to celebrated our 50th anniversary.
The beds were comfortable and the bedroom/bathroom layout was nice. The four younger grandkids slept in the downstairs den on the couches and mattresses in the flour.
The modular recliners in the living room were a big plus.
I gave 3 stars on location, but should probably explain. The yard is huge, which is nice; it gives you a sense of being rather isolated. The immediate neighborhood is rather junky, but the distant views of the mountains are fantastic; so it's a mixed bag. We definitely enjoyed visiting on the rear patio and watching the sunset.
Overall I would highly recommend this as a place to comfortably accommodate small groups.

This house was exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable. Although the temperatures were in the 90’s , the house stayed comfortable even with the lack of air conditioning. It was fun to wake up and be greeted by the deer every morning. The house was very convenient to our venues and in town but felt out of town. We were very happy with our choice.

We were in Hamilton for a wedding and this was the perfect set-up for 3 families to share. We loved the large living area, patio with BBQ and fire pit. We had a great time!

Our Host was super easy to communicate with before and while we stayed at the VRBO. Great location in a quiet neighborhood, with plenty of room and space for our group. Hopefully if we get another chance to reserve it and weather permitting, the hot tub will be available. I would recommend this property for families or groups. Bedrooms were spacecious & comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with all appliances, tableware, etc.

We enjoyed this property so much! They did a fabulous job renovating it yet still keeping the original charm! It was stocked very nicely with everything we needed. Just a nice, cozy, clean place to stay. The attention to detail in cleanliness and comfort was greatly appreciated! We will definitely stay here again!
