Very reasonably Price hotel

The hotel was fine. Friendly staff, room was good, breakfast was good. Outdoor area looks a little sad, with unkept entrance area (weeds). We Would, However, stay again. Very reasonably priced

The staff was no help at all. No one working at the front desk spoke English.I had to get other guests at the hotel who spoke English and German to help me communicate with the staff. I had to look up how to say "can you call me a taxi to take me to ---------" in German and write it down on a piece of paper to show to the person at the desk when I wanted to go somewhere. I couldn't connect to their wifi in my room.With the help of another guest I discovered a wifi saying hotel lobby and was able to connect to that so any time I wanted to use my phone or laptop I had to sit in the lobby.

Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Das Hotel besticht durch einen guten Service und eine saubere Atmosphäre, auch wenn es kleine Abstriche bei der Lage des Zimmers gab. Positives: Zimmer & Sauberkeit: Das Hotel ist durchweg sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Größe meines Zimmers war völlig ausreichend und bot ausreichend Platz. Schlafkomfort: Ein besonderes Lob geht an die Betten – diese waren äußerst bequem und sorgten für erholsamen Schlaf. Frühstück: Die Frühstücksleistung war absolut in Ordnung und bot eine gute Grundlage für den Tag. Es war von allem etwas vorhanden und das Personal war sehr aufmerksam; sobald etwas ausging, wurde es umgehend und direkt wieder aufgefüllt. Was man wissen sollte: Lautstärke: Leider lag mein Zimmer zur Straßenseite, was sich als recht laut erwies. Wirkliche Ruhe hatte man im Zimmer nur, wenn das Fenster komplett geschlossen blieb. Lärmempfindliche Gäste sollten bei der Buchung unbedingt nach einem Zimmer zur Rückseite fragen. Gastronomie: Das Hotel selbst verfügt über kein hauseigenes Restaurant für das Abendessen. Ausgehtipp: Dies ist jedoch kein wirkliches Problem, da sich direkt gegenüber in der alten Zuckerfabrik das Restaurant „Casablanca“ befindet. Dort kann man wirklich sehr gut essen und den Abend bei einem gepflegten Bier wunderbar ausklingen lassen. Fazit: Ein solides und sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit einem engagierten Frühstücksservice. Bei der nächsten Buchung würde ich auf ein Zimmer abseits der Straße achten!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich. Allerdings ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig. Man kann jeden hören der im Gang langgeht. Das war kein Problem weil nachts niemand umhergelaufen ist, aber es ist mir morgens aufgefallen als alle zum Frühstück gegangen sind.

Für eine Übernachtung ausreichen, mehr nicht

Ich bin eine Woche vor Ort gewesen, in dieser Zeit gab es keinen Zimmerservice. Handtücher, Mülleimer und Reinigung sind nicht Erfolg. Beim Frühstück gibt es jeden Tag das gleiche und hierbei wird auch massiv eingespart. Die angebotenen Leistungen wie Fitnessesbereich gibt es nicht. Hier will man eine Tageskarte für ein benachbartes Fitnessstudio verkaufen. Die PKW Ladestation ist seit 2024 im Bau ohne eine Veränderung. Zimmer werden zur Zeit renoviert, hierbei rauchen Handwerker was deutlich im Flur zu wahrgenommen werden kann. Die Zimmer werden inkl. Frühstück angeboten, dies wird auf der Abrechnung dennoch separat aufgeführt. Für meinen nächsten Aufenthalt werde ich eine andere Unterkunft buchen.

Schön da!

Die Unterkunft ist sauber , die Betten hervorragend, das Personal freundlich. Genügend Parkplätze sind vorhanden und ein Spaziergang in die Stadt ist nur ca 10 min entfernt.
