"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had and completely unworthy of the Westin name or a so-called 5-star rating.
The hotel is extremely dirty. After sleeping just one night, my entire arm and back were covered in red, swollen bite marks. This was not a minor irritation — it was obvious and alarming. Cleanliness is the most basic expectation, and this hotel failed badly.
Instead of taking responsibility, the hotel tried to blame me, suggesting the bites were caused by eating...

"Beautiful property but seems to be catering very much to influencers. Food was not great but options are nearby outside of the resort. Staff were great. The pools need more shade. During most of the day the pools are barely usable due to the hot sun and the lagoon pool closes at 7 with the shadiest part of the lagoon pools being closed all the time during our visit due to no lifeguard being present."
