Do these places ever get inspected by Expedia? I understand that I probably paid a 'no refund' rate in advance, but is that enforceable in these circumstances? I would not even give it one star. AH"

Loved spoiling myself here and the roof top bar provides a great view across the Mekong to Thailand"
