"The hotel location was great for getting the tube in and out of London with my family. The room was a good size and the air conditioning was brilliant and needed in the heat wave. The staff were fantastic and accommodating when needing to store my son’s medication in a fridge on reception. Breakfast was lovely and lots of choice! The only points I scored the visit down on was cleanliness due to finding left over food under one of the beds and up keep due to the shower being in need of repair but it worked well enough for us. Overall great hotel and we loved our stay just a few points to raise which are easily sorted :)"
