Ok a couple of things that are mentioned but the owners are unable to remove as it appears the translation from Turkish to English is not correct. .There is not a direct walk to the beach . Within a short walk you'll be at the beach, the river, all the local restaurants and bars as well as the main bus stop to Istanbul.
