"The facilities were beautiful and the reception when I arrived was beyond expectation. The service everywhere in the resort was fantastic and the Elizabeth at the spa was wonderful. When I scheduled a massage, they recommended their best masseuse, Ksenia. She was an expert and I was so relaxed when she finished. I also enjoyed a pedicure from Tiana, who did a great job. The service at the restaurants was impeccable. I was there in July and my husband and I are thinking of another trip in August."

I had an unpleasant experience where my glasses were stolen; the hotel couldn't really do anything about it, which was a real bummer since there were no cameras in the area. The rest was fine."
