To help us maintain the beauty of our surroundings, please park your vehicles in the designated asphalt parking areas and kindly refrain from driving on the grass. There’s plenty of space for 3-4 cars, so you can come and go with ease. Enjoy your time here and let the magic of the schoolhouse create lasting memories! Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi and electronically sign our rental terms and conditions. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Ideal for family retreats or romantic getaways, it features three king beds, two twin beds, two full bathrooms, and a cozy LoveSac sectional for relaxing evenings. The full kitchen, complete with a 12-foot island and high-end appliances, is perfect for cooking or enjoying an in-home chef-for-hire experience. Your unforgettable escape awaits! Enjoy the elegance of brass fixtures throughout the kitchen, which features a high-end fridge and freezer, cooktop, and dishwasher, making meal prep a delight. In addition to modern amenities, our kitchen is stocked with real Decoware pots and pans for all your cooking needs, along with plenty of utensils, plates, bowls, and drink-ware. There’s even a cozy coffee and tea nook to help you start your day right.

Unwinding or Entertaining: The Love Sac sectional couch, provides ample space for everyone to kick back and enjoy time together playing family games or watching your favorite show on the 55” ROKU TV(Set to Guest Mode). We also offer a Mahjong Set for all those Mahjong Players!

The master bedroom is equipped with a Helix king mattress and is conveniently located on the same floor as the living and kitchen areas, providing easy access for guests. It features an en-suite bathroom, beautifully adorned with brass fixtures and exquisite period tile that extends from floor to ceiling.

Downstairs, the Oklahoma Schoolhouse offers a cozy and welcoming space featuring three comfortable bedrooms designed for a restful stay. Two of these bedrooms are furnished with plush king-sized beds, while the third features two twin beds, making it an ideal setup for families or groups. All bedrooms are equipped with high-quality mattresses and perfectly soft, cooling linens to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep.

The features of the downstairs bathroom include classic floor-to-ceiling tile and elegant brass fixtures, beautifully reflecting the schoolhouse's historic charm while providing modern amenities. The layout also includes a small nook for kids, offering a playful and inviting space for little ones to enjoy. Additionally, there's a designated area outside the bathroom for getting ready, ensuring convenience for everyone. This downstairs setup combines comfort and functionality, creating a warm atmosphere where families and friends can create lasting memories together.

Outdoor Space: The yard itself is still needing some grass, but we plan to add grass seed in the spring when we receive enough rain for it to get established. We also will be adding chairs and a table for a more enjoyable outdoor experience, but for now in the cold months, we will pause on adding to the outdoor amenities as they will likely not get used.

This is a drivable destination for all! There is a gravel road 1 mile prior to getting to the schoolhouse, so we do recommend you drive slower once you reach the gravel roads. We are located 15 minutes away from Lazy E arena for all those participating in Rodeos and Round Ups. The schoolhouse is 3 miles off Interstate 35 in Guthrie, OK. 3 miles to downtown Guthrie, 20 minutes to Edmond, 30 minutes to Stillwater, 30 minutes to OKC, 1.5 hours to Tulsa, 1.5 hours to Wichita, 4.5 hours from Kansas City, and 3.5 hours from Dallas area. Located near OSU, UCO, and Langston- we are a one-of-a-kind destination for all your college and game day sports.

Cancellation Policy We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance at the time of booking. Full payment is due at the time of reservation. We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations due to acts of God, pandemics, weather conditions, or medical emergencies. All cancellations will incur a non-refundable 10% processing fee to cover third-party payment and platform charges—regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
