"Clean room and convenience transportation"

"Everything went smooth, i arrived and was able to leave my luggage, and loved the room and the view was stunning. Definitely worth coming back and so many amenities as well."

"Great location and wonderful view of Tokyo bar from the onsen. Slept very well and breakfast was a welcomed addition to our stay."

"Overall great stay in Tokyo. It is a bit far from the main city if you want to do the tourist stuff. However, it was a quiet location and nice to walk around at night. Would recommend."

"Best first hotel we could’ve stayed at, visiting Japan for the first time. We were a group of 7. We caught the airport limousine bus from Narita airport direct to Tokyo Bay Ariake Washington Hotel which is a short 5 minute walk to Double Tree, easily done with a carry on and checked luggage. DoubleTree is literally right next to a station with a line that goes directly to Tokyo Station (easy to get to everywhere else from here), Shibuya and Shinjuku Station (especially good if you want to...

"الغرفة كانت ضيقة جداً"

"とにかく施設が古い。 グレードを上げてシングルを予約しましたが、最大に上げても28度まで、そこまで温度設定を上げてもエアコンは冷房のまま、フロントに対応をお願いしたところ、個別コントロールができないのでとのことで、毛布と温風機が届けられました。毛布は有難かったですが、温風機なるものも冷風しかでず。 残念ながら再度の利用はないです。"

For anyone travelling to/from the Narita Airport, the Airport Limousine bus is especially affordable and convenient if you book ahead of time. The Ariake train station is also nearby. The only negative for us was the location. Although it is close to the Ariake Garden Mall, the hotel is far from almost everything else. It is about 45...

"良かった"

"お風呂の浴槽のパーツのところが汚かったけれど、それ以外はよかったです"

"Great little hotel in the west side of Tokyo. As others have mentioned, the mattresses are quite firm but honestly it’s probably good for your back. Nice little café on the second floor and the neighbourhood has some great coffee shops and the Museum of Contemporary Art. Only downside is the nearest Konbinis are between 5-10 walk, and the nearest subway entrances are around 10minutes away. Otherwise beautiful views, cozy room and cool part of the city! Staff was very helpful and attentive....
