This duplex will accommodate 10 guests and 2 pets, with additional pet fees, on each side! Guests will love the community pool, the community grilling area, the ample parking, and the location! The beach is approximately a 2-minute walk across the street from the property and The Hang Out and other attractions are also within walking distance. About the Kiran Terrace Duplex and Quadplex

* Kiran Terrace Duplex A101 and A102 are two separate units that can be booked individually or as a “whole”. A101 & A102 each have 3 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms, each side sleeps 10 or 20 as a whole duplex. All units are pet friendly, additional pet fee(s) apply.

*Kiran Terrace Quadplex B101, B102, B103, and B104 are four separate townhomes that can be booked individually or as a “whole”. B101, B102, B103, and B104 each have 4 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms, each side sleeps 8 or 32 as a whole quadplex. All units are pet friendly, additional pet fee(s) apply.

*Kiran Terrace Duplex and Quadplex can both be rented for a total of 22 bedrooms, sleeping 52 people.

Rental Age Policy

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not be in compliance with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.
