Gulf Getaway is a beautifully decorated, spacious, four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath home located 14.1 miles down the peaceful Ft. Morgan peninsula. Enjoy views from the large south-facing deck on the main level of the home or from the 2nd-floor deck adjoining the primary bedroom. The public beach access is located around the corner at the bend on Pizarro Avenue and Sawgrass Circle - 0.2 miles from the home. This spacious home sleeps 14 comfortably and has parking for up to six cars.

PET FRIENDLY- Gulf Getaway- two dogs will be allowed in this home. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know, and there will be a $150 per-dog, non-refundable pet fee added to your stay. If any additional cleaning is needed, your credit card will be billed.

***The pool is cooled in the summer months and heated in the winter months. **Please note that while the outdoor pool is heated, the heat pump relies on extracting warmth from the air. The system becomes less efficient as temperatures drop, and the pool may not reach your preferred warmth level. The pool's temperature will adjust to approximately 10-15 degrees above or below the current outside temperature.***

• Large covered area under the home includes an outdoor shower, picnic table, ping pong table, and gas BBQ grill.

• Access to the large south-facing deck from the open living and dining area is on the home's main level. There is a smaller south-facing deck on the 2nd level from the primary bedroom.

• Luxury vinyl plank flooring is throughout the home.

• Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances has everything that you could need in your home away from home, including a large pantry, Keurig coffee maker, and air fryer. The large dining table has seating for ten and there are four bar stools for additional seating.

• A full-size washer and dryer are inside the home.

• There is a sofa sleeper located on the main level.

• The spacious master suite is located on the 2nd level, with a king-sized bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in double shower. The attached deck has a cozy hammock chair perfect for catching the sunrise with your morning coffee. The master suite is the only room on the 2nd level.

• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, built-in twin-over-twin bunks, and an attached full bath, and is located on the main level. ***Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.

• The third bedroom has a king-size bed, built-in twin-over-twin bunks, and an attached full bath, and is also located on the main level. ***Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.

• The fourth bedroom has a king-size bed, an attached full bath, and is also located on the main level.

• There is a half bath located on the main level.

• Parking for six cars is available

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.
