Beachfront condo with glass-enclosed balcony

Edgewater 43, located at 1001 West Beach Boulevard, is waiting for you and your family to come on a fantastic beach vacation! This classic two bedroom, two bathroom condo will have you in relaxation mode as soon as you step foot in the door. The master suite contains a queen size bed while the guest room has two twin beds, accommodating four guests. With three TVs, three DVD players and WiFi, you are sure to stay connected and entertained while you are away. The beach front glass enclosed balcony is an incredible spot to soak in the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico and is accessible from both living room and master suite. Eating in is a breeze with the fully stocked kitchen and keeping up with laundry is easy with the washer and dryer in the unit!

Edgewater is in a prime location to experience all Gulf Shores has to offer when it comes to dining, shopping and recreation! This property is not only beach front with quick and easy access to the beautiful white sandy beaches, but it also has a great outdoor pool. There is a BBQ grill for your use and an elevator for ease of access.

Loved the location, property was nice, small nber of units so was not noisy or chaotic. Condo needs updating, guest bath needs to be fixed - faucets were hard to get shower working. DvD player did not work in guest room and no other way of watching anything. The living room and master bedroom had firesticks. Wish a little more toilet paper was provided and trash bags . Overall great condo, may stay in a different unit next time.

The Edgewater in Gulf Shores

The condo was not clean!! The floors were so nasty that we had to vacuum when we got there. The sleeper sofa was on the the balcony which was not air conditioned. It was not as nice as it appeared to be in the pictures!

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation in Gulf Shores! The Edgewater is a nice complex in a great location. Bender was excellent to work with us. We will be returning.

1st Time Gulf Shores

Upon arrival we were very excited to go on vacation it being our first trip here. A week prior to our arrival we were told that we wouldn't be able to open our balcony doors due to being screwed shut being last minute we were unable to find another place to stay they promised a discount due to the inconvenience. Still awaiting refund we were promised. We did have a great view of the gulf which is an absolute plus but the not being able to open the balcony takes alot away. The rooms in my opinion stayed fairly warm and definitely would need a fan brought or ceiling fans put in. The condo also wasn't properly cleaned. In both bathrooms there was hair in the floor and the trashcan in the kitchen still had food in it. A few days into our stay there was alot of rain and the parking lot was flooded. Around 11:30am they began pumping the parking lot into the gulf and this took place for several hours making the water black where my children and others were swimming. This was done a couple of days. There is also several areas in the breezeway that is beginning to fall apart. I wouldn't recommend staying here. There was alot of things I could overlook but the pumping waste into the gulf is something I couldn't. I will not stay here again. I am very displeased with how this was done.

Perfect location right on the beach. Kitchen very well stocked with everything you could need. Property manager was very reachable and answered any questions we had and Was helpful with a couple small issues that came up. Will stay here again.

Great stay!

Only one inconvenience, the included wifi access was very weak and slow. Other than that we really enjoyed the property! Like I said, just a minor inconvenience.

Everything You Need

Not only was it clean, it had absolutely everything needed for the beach. That was a nice surprise. The pop up tent. Floats, boards. I so enjoyed the patio and it had a little indoor pool if you have little ones. Also assigned parking!

Very crowded beach . I am sure due to the covid 19 & beaches being reopened.

The place needs updated!! The sliding doors to patio are very difficult to open & close! The area rug needs to be removed its filthy! No ceiling fans in any of the bedrooms or other rooms! The bed was comfortable! It was very clean except for the rug. The kitchen is very well equipped for your cooking needs! The pool was kept up as well and very short easy walk to beach. Yes I would stay there again

Great Location

The location is great! The balcony is enclosed with sliding glass windows , which are great. The downside is two twin beds and on full- not two fulls and queen that appeared on the pictures. I would stay at this location again, though.

Overall was exactly the space we needed. Location was excellent. Beach access was perfect. Loved the washer/dryer. Hopefully will see this place again soon. Have already passed rental info to friends.Thanks so much to the sweet ladies at Bender .
