"Disappointed the property was located outside of downtown Port St. Joe. There were no eggs available at the breakfast buffet. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful!"

"We had everything we needed for a nice stay. They even had beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use. Only a short walk to downtown restaurants and shopping. Nice bike trail a block away. Definitely look forward to returning soon!"

"Very tastefully decorated. Plenty of nice linens. Kitchen supplies could be updated. Keurig was broken. Missing measuring cups, cheap cutting board and plastic drinking goasses, and pans old and wonky. Overall would recommend. We would stay there again. Also the games would have been nice if all the pieces were there. "

"It was amazing, , but reading the key pad was confusing,expecially difficult when the sun shines right on it & you can’t read it,& the numbers changing all the time, I’d prefer something simpler "

"Great place to stay near beach and I really felt safe when walking my dog. Quiet gated community is exactly what I needed. Beds are on the softer side. I personally prefer a harder mattress but honestly you could not go wrong staying here. I would say that if a problem did arise the management company was not great at reaching back out. Their laminated brochure is not up to date and mentions needing a parking pass and if it’s not present after you leave you will be fined. It took a couple days to respond back to say that the information in the brochure is not accurate and up to date. I also asked for the code to the workout room and never heard back. I’m so grateful that I truly had no issues with the place itself and enjoyed the community and my stay. "

"received several messages on how to check in and they conflated so it was a bit confusing. Also had no hot water for the first day of out stay, and then had an electrical issue the last day and half that we were there were several lights and outlets didn't work, and the stove didn't work so we couldn't cook dinner and breakfast during that time."

"We fell in love with this house! So much room, the owner has a book with history of the house and the beach. Loved it! "
