Had to phone reception a second time to rectify. Staff sorted quick after second call. There was a hair tie on the floor on arrival making me think it hadnt been hoovered. Breakfast was fair. Bacon was very fatty and not very appetising. Both mornings there was no chocolate sauce for waffles. Food was hot and plentiful. Staff in general were lovely and helpful."
