"We loved our stay here but we were disappointed they cancelled our wine tasting experience . It was one of the reasons to stay here. We loved the poolside areas and service. The resort breakfast was amazing. We loved sitting on our terrace and enjoying the view. We were not huge fans of the dinner restaurant. Bit pricey for food we did not enjoy. Otherwise great stay."

"This was our final stop in Italy, and it was truly amazing! The property is beautiful and the view of Ovierto is breathtaking. But even more delightful was the food, staff, service, and pool! The breakfast buffet was the best we had in Italy, and the farm-to-table lunch and dinners were delicious. It felt small and intimate, and family-friendly. It was relaxing and a lovely way to end our trip. The entire experience was dreamy and we hope to return someday soon!"

"Great location to visit the springs and a lovely hotel. Reception staff, valet and porters were all very helpful. Restaurant and bar staff made us feel invisible. No coffee was offered at breakfast we asked and got forgotten. We also felt that at dinner the staff seemed busy with the other tables and forgot us again. Great variety of breakfast. Room and amenities amazing… however we did have quite a large ants nest in the room."

"Great staff and check in. Beds not so comfortable as they were uneven mattresses but we managed ok. Staff catered for our needs and especially for our grandchildren. Our family breakfast was amazing! With lots of choices and was so nice! The dinner was so nice, and they catered for our needs. Thank you."

"Great location! The staff was kind and helpful. Parking is a challenge, but that’s what you get at the center of an ancient city! Would definitely recommend this hotel to be in the center of the cute town of Orvieto."
