The house sleeps eight across three bedrooms and a living area. Downstairs, two daybeds sit alongside an open-plan kitchenette and a complete bathroom. Upstairs, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bunk bed bedroom share a bathroom with a toilet - a layout offering flexibility for a large group. A TV, fan, and free Wi-Fi are included. The spacious fenced terrace gives the group a generous private outdoor space that works for alfresco meals, relaxed afternoons, and keeping younger guests safely contained. Free parking is available on-site.

A water park with a wild river and paddling pool runs all season, and outdoor pools open in July and August. Children's and teen clubs are free during French school holidays, and beach volleyball, fitness sessions, table tennis, pétanque, a multi-sports area, skate park, and play area are all available at no extra cost. Archery, bowling, horse riding, mini golf, padel, and tennis are bookable as paid activities. Le Boissy restaurant and a snack bar are on-site for when cooking feels like too much.
