I went with my wife, kids and sister in law. The hotel was great for us. Our rooms were cleaned daily. The breakfast included was delicious! The bartenders were awesome, thanks to Mallika and Sholar, always greeted you with a smile and always so friendly. The location was close to the beach and tons of places to eat within a 5-10 minute walk. The front desk were always available to answer questions and you always felt welcome. Thanks to Carlene for being awesome and always willing to assist in ensuring we enjoyed our stay!

Great location, we walked to local restaurants and to the beach access. There were a few bars we were able to visit at night at well right on the other side of the street. The included breakfast was very nice and glad we had that perk.

The resort was nice. Price for lunch and dinner were a little on the higher side. It would have been nice to get at least water for free for the nights we were there. Location was great. We had taken the transport for the Friday Street party from them, but I think it was a little high for about a 10 min ride. Pool was nice and breakfast was delicious. Staff were very polite and respectful too.

Clean, kid friendly property with tasty buffet breakfast. I like the fact that it’s close to the mall and a few restaurants. The staff were very hospitable, especially their events coordinator Denver who gave much needed advice on how to get around the island and activities to try. My stay was great and I look forward to visiting again.

If you want a nice family hotel with decent breakfast , excellent lunch and dinner and good service and IN THE MIDDLE OF EVERYTHING this is you place ! Garfield concierge,front desk telcar lovely lady and michael sweetest man really loves his job malika and TANIAH (who by the way should be employee of the month)made the bar lively and fun i would recommend since there is no swim up bar at the pool for them to put a TV at the bar and also keep the music going all day there is sometimes where it feels really quite for a while ( some people like it) and a few other little details but for the most part i would stay here again!

The daily breakfast buffet was very tasty and included a variety of proteins, carbs, fruit, custom omelets, and hot (natural) cocoa or ginger tea. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was very clean, but the AC did not work initially. However, the staff fixed the issue once we told them about it. The resort is at a prime location in Rodney Bay (towards the north of the island); it is a short (5-10 minute) walk to a variety of restaurants, the beach, the mall, and the supermarket. Also very easy access to the local bus and taxis. The shuttle service from Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) is an extra charge, but be sure to contact the hotel days before your trip. Also keep in mind that the major attractions (like the Pitons, drive-in volcano, sulphur springs, and waterfall are in the south of the island and would incur additional travel costs.

The room was clean, but the beds were hard. The air con was not very strong , and the bathroom was old and needs updating. It has a shower head at waits level and a leaky rain head shower. The front desk staff were great, but the bar and restaurant staff were ok. The food was yummy, but heavy for breakfast and lunch. We did the all-inclusive packet and it was pretty good. The grounds are lovely and the pool was kept clean daily. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This place had vibe from the walk through to reception. Those people were so warm, friendly, accommodating and made us feel at home that we not only will be recommending but also will be back very soon. Although there were the odd one or two persons the entire staff I must say made our stay a definite one to remember. Kudos to the entire front desk, management, 'Trini manager', street party organizer and driver and to the bar and restaurant crew namely Gernil [aka nephew] and Bryan and the ladies. You guys are the best. Keep up the awesome work. We loved everything about your hotel and I am happy with my choice.... Cheers!!!

As a Jamaican, my stay at Coco Palm Rodney Bay Village was truly unforgettable - it was my best experience yet. The staff were incredibly attentive to my needs, even going the extra mile to find me a makeup artist. To make my birthday getaway even more special, I returned from dinner to find a bottle of wine, balloons, and a thoughtful card waiting for me. The waiters treated me like royalty during breakfast.
