This is the perfect hotel. Lovely grounds with an elevator down to the beach club. We just walked down a few steps and were swimming in the sea. Also, both the breakfast and dinner were outstanding.

Perfect location about 7 minutes walk from the station and less than 5 minutes walk to Canal Grande. Very easy to follow instructions on how to check in as it was after the manned reception hours. Residence Theresia
Staff brilliantly secured check-in in spite of in-house (temporary) IT issues. Accommodation was clean and spacious. Special thanks to 'virtual check-in man' on check-in. Special thanks also to 'cleaner lady' on check-out for effective communication skills. It was the best of city centre living.
