"Our room was an apartment with a balcony. So amazing. We did not expect that. Plus our bathroom had a jacuzzi tub. Which was perfect since we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Cute little town. This property is owned/operated by the friendliest family. Thank you"

"Location is great. Really clean and comfy. Great for long stays, there's a full kitchen. Was more than we expected. Owner/manager (the man we were in contact) was amazing. Even treated us to a dessert from his restaurant. Above and beyond. Such a cute little town too. Only thing we could have used is more pillows for the bed. We would stay again in a heart beat. Thank you"

"The location was fantastic.Very close to a very large north shore beach that is sparsely attended relative to the other north shore beaches while being under 30 minutes to Charlottetown. The cottage itself was very clean and comfortable while still feeling like a cottage. Big fire pit was also enjoyable."
Gorgeous Oceanfront Vacation Destination!

"We had a wonderful stay at Don and Diane’s cottage in Cable Head and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful PEI getaway.From the moment we arrived, the cottage was very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything our family needed for a relaxing vacation. Don and Diane happened to be visiting and staying in their neighbouring cottage. They were exceptional hosts—friendly, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything, yet they struck the perfect balance by giving us plenty of privacy. We genuinely enjoyed the conversations we had with them during our stay.The location is hard to beat. The beach is absolutely beautiful, and one of our favourite discoveries was being able to walk along the shore all the way to Greenwich National Park. We also brought our kayaks and were able to launch them directly from the beach for some unforgettable sunset paddles. The area is incredibly quiet and private, making it the perfect home base for exploring Prince Edward Island while still feeling like you’ve escaped from it all.Thank you, Don and Diane, for sharing your little piece of paradise with us. We made some wonderful family memories and hope to return again someday."

"Extremely comfortable and peaceful stay at Stanhope Chalets. We booked for 4 nights in August 2026, and were very glad we ended up choosing this location. The young kids enjoyed the playground in the evenings and mornings. The laundry and amenities were perfect. Clean, cozy, easy. Excellent location for beaches and close to our tourist activities in the west. Others mention hearing the road, and we were staying in the chalet closest the road. You can hear the traffic, but slept super well every night. Thank you!"
