"We booked this for our mini honeymoon the three nights following our wedding (end of Sept) and were excited to stay in the King Suite. But ended up being quite disappointed. The room was very cold with no heat and the front desk person wasn't the nicest when we asked for extra blankets. We weren't expecting the red carpet but at least a "thanks so much for choosing to stay here for your honeymoon". Some of the staff were great but generally no one cared that we had chose Dalvay for our honeymoon over Blackbush or elsewhere. It's a beautiful place but badly needs updating as the gov't did recognize and will eventually put money into the main building. But, we wouldn't stay there again until that happens. "

"Lovely unobstructed view of St Peter's Bay and quiet and peaceful area. Close access to Greenwich Beach (which is beautiful), a bit of a further drive to other spots on the island. Cabin is quite small, but beds were comfortable. The listing didn't explicitly mention that the shower was outdoors, but luckily the weather was warm while we were there to use. Appreciate the quick responsiveness of owners as issues arose. "
