Welcome to Porch and Pedal. The house was built in 1938 and completely renovated in 2000.

The Swamp Rabbit Trail is a 5 minute bike ride from the house. You can keep bikes in the basement with easy access from the backyard.

Our street is home to friendly, long-time neighbors who take pride in the community, and welcoming place to stay. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable home with convenient access to the area, we think you’ll enjoy your stay here.

The Space

• One 65 “ smart TV
• Each bedroom has closet space ( or hanging rack in Primary) with hangers and chest of drawers.
• One bath towel, hand towel and washcloth provided per person as well as two additional bath towels.
• Laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, additional paper towels and toilet paper is provided.
• Hairdryers, individual soap and shampoo provided in both bathrooms.
• Electrical outlet/ USB extenders in two bedrooms
and third bedroom has two nightstands with built in outlets and USBs.
• Full length mirror in one bedroom
• The dining table is arranged for six people. Both ends of the table can be extended and there are four cushioned folding chairs in the closet to have space for 10 people.
• EV Charger for Tesla provided
• Putting Green in basement with balls and putter provided
• Ping Pong Table in basement
