My go-to hotel in Greeneville – always a reliable and welcoming stay! As a semi-regular guest at the Greeneville Inn and Suites, I keep coming back for good reason. The staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and make me feel right at home every time I check in. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with convenient amenities like a fridge and microwave that make longer stays easy. I really appreciate the free parking and WiFi, plus the seasonal outdoor pool is a nice bonus during warmer months. The location on East Andrew Johnson Highway is convenient for getting around Greeneville and nearby attractions. For the value and the warm service, this place is hard to beat. Looking forward to my next visit already!

Thank you for your hospitality during my recent stay. Overall, I had a comfortable experience and wanted to share a few thoughts regarding my visit. While the exterior and common spaces could use some updates, I thoroughly enjoyed my room—it felt like a cozy mini home away from home. The shower's hot water was excellent, the environment was very quiet, and the location was convenient. I also appreciated the helpful service from the front desk staff and enjoyed the coffee, though offering a light breakfast would be a nice addition. Thank you again for the stay. I hope this feedback is helpful.

Upon arrival, check in was easy. We arrived in our room and it was over 80 degrees in the room. The air conditioner went out completely over night and we were left to get ready for the day in a very hot room. We were able to get in a new room after we finished our day, but was very frustrating to deal with during that day.

The staff was friendly (front desk staff), when they were there. However the property itself is in a state of major disrepair and has decades of filth built up. There are stains everywhere, rust spots, sticky residue, insects, the faucets are not attached to the wall, hangers were missing from the "closet," and questionable people loitering about the property. The smell of stale cigarettes and weed permeate the building and I would drink out of their coffee machine unless your absolutely depended on it. There are so many more things about this place, but I fear I would run out of space here. I would avoid this place, except in the utmost time of desperation.
