Thank you for your hospitality during my recent stay. Overall, I had a comfortable experience and wanted to share a few thoughts regarding my visit. While the exterior and common spaces could use some updates, I thoroughly enjoyed my room—it felt like a cozy mini home away from home. The shower's hot water was excellent, the environment was very quiet, and the location was convenient. I also appreciated the helpful service from the front desk staff and enjoyed the coffee, though offering a light breakfast would be a nice addition. Thank you again for the stay. I hope this feedback is helpful.

The staff was friendly (front desk staff), when they were there. However the property itself is in a state of major disrepair and has decades of filth built up. There are stains everywhere, rust spots, sticky residue, insects, the faucets are not attached to the wall, hangers were missing from the "closet," and questionable people loitering about the property. The smell of stale cigarettes and weed permeate the building and I would drink out of their coffee machine unless your absolutely depended on it. There are so many more things about this place, but I fear I would run out of space here. I would avoid this place, except in the utmost time of desperation.

This has always been my go to in Greeneville. However....this time my experience was not good. I've always been in th 300s and this time I was in the 200s. There was a smoking station right outside my room that was unpleasant. The sheets weren't very clean. I asked to change rooms and was told they were full. The staff was pleasant as always. Just maybe need to rethink my options now.

You pay for what you get. The rate was very reasonable. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. In its heyday, I cannot imagine how beautiful the Greeneville Inn was. Today it needs a lot of work. Bathroom door was falling apart and repaired with screws, lots of building noise (heater, other residents water running, noisy hallway). Cleanliness was poor. Bed was comfortable.
