"Room was clean and it looked as though it had been updated recently. Breakfast was adequate - waffles, toast and cereal. Front office staff were friendly. The only reason I did not rate this property 5 stars is that it is NOT in Torrey. When I booked it it showed up under the search for Torrey. I should have paid closer attention and looked at the map. Torrey is 10 miles west of Capitol Reef National Park. This hotel is in Caineville, 20 miles east of Capitol Reef. It worked out OK, but the location might not work for everyone's plans. If you plan to stay east of the NP, then this is a great option."

"Loved everything about this place. From the helpful manager to the clean and welcoming room where everything has been thought of, to the courtyard amenities to the breakfast chef, who gladly shares his expertise about the area, including hikes, restaurants and markets that aren’t on visitor’s radars. Will definitely stay there again next time we drive this route."

"Hanksville is a very small town but the hotel was clean and was totally booked. Reasonable rate, grab and go breakfast and lots of parking. We happened to get one of the rooms that was recently remodeled like brand new. Walking distance to 3 restaurants."

"The house was comfortable and well stocked. The children were happily entertained without ever using the available video games. The hosts were very easy to work with and the price was excellent. Green River is a great location for exploring the many parks and sights of Utah. We would definitely stay at this house again."
