"Got to the property was told it's not for rent and could not stay it was late and they were rude this place is a scam and was not able to get refund "

"Do not use this place, it's a scam to get the first nights payment from you. I came here for my father's funeral. I had no communication from owner. Managed to find the property despite it being wrong on the map from hotels.com. The gated security said my name was not on the list, tried to contact owner, wouldn't answer phone. Then had to find and pay for another hotel after landing from a 10hr flight. Thanks!"

"The property is surrounded by lush greenery with a large pool that creates a relaxed, stress free enviornment. The beach is less than a 5 min walk - white sand and crystal blue water. Old Fort Bay is AMAZING to say the least. However the villa is in need of a fresh coat of paint and a good cleaning. There was a bug issue in the kitchen. "

Newly Renovated!! COCO PALMS - Exclusive villa with private pool/beach access.

Beautiful home I'd gladly return to

"The description of the property was very accurate. It's in a very desirable area. A short walk to the closest grocery store and accompanying plaza for your needs. An even shorter walk to the closest beach which is private and beautiful with a great restaurant. The home was clean. The kitchen is amazingly equipped with everything that one could need. We cooked major meals there. Three bedrooms, each with a bathroom (including one that was accessible from the hallway) was all we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and I appreciated the different pillow firmness options in each room. We didn’t spend much time on media but the large screen has access to Netflix and possibly other apps.The yard had fresh coconuts that we tapped into and ripe ackee growing in abundance in May. The pool was enjoyable at the perfect temperature and clean.We had issues with the electrical for a couple of days. Fortunately, the property manager responds very quickly and sent an electrician with our permission. Very grateful for the opportunity to stay at this large and beautiful property. I've recommended it to others and would gladly stay again. "

"We go to Jamaica yearly for Reggae Month; this is the longest time I’ve stayed in Jamaica- an entire month. We normally stay in all-inclusive hotels, but this time we wanted to stay longer in a villa for a bit more privacy. Patiently waiting, the villa was everything. we expected and more. Chris, the manager, and Alvin, the owner, were the perfect hosts; we couldn't ask for any more, and the villa was perfect and great value for money. "

Cozy Cottage, 5 minutes walk to beach, beautiful garden perfect relaxation spot

Awesome Vacation!

"We stayed at the Cottage for a period of 5 weeks, Jan. to Feb. 2025. The Cottage was cozy and the perfect size for a couple. We had everything we needed and there is a supermarket a 15 minute walk away. The Caretaker Chris is a great host and always ready to help when we needed it. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained.The beach is exactly a 5 minute walk away and the food at the beach restaurant is amazing. It was a very relaxing vacation."
