"Really helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast very good. Restaurant was worth using, but the prices of wine are atrocious. Stick to the beers. Rooms on the small size but otherwise fine. Worth walking down to the church, lovely river and cricket pitch."

The bed linen was fresh and clean and generally clean but slidiing door to ensuite was very hand marked, the window sill needed a good wipe and lower part of large mirror a better clean. For the price and general overall experience of the stay these would just be areas I would focus on. "

"This B&B was exceptional. The attention to detail was out of this world. It felt almost like staying in a top class hotel. Everything was laid on and Helen was superb in anticipating everthing I needed. And the breakfast - well - no words to describe how great it was. "The room was lovely and clean. The air con in the room was very much appreciated given the fact it was so hot when we visited! Staff were so lovely and friendly. The grounds and lovely and safe, so our kids could wander around and feel a bit more independent even though we could still see them. Lovely, quiet pool, and the kids loved the peacocks!"
