"Scam. Avoid. Their credit card machine was broken so I couldn't stay in the room I paid for because I couldn't pay their deposit and all their hidden fees. A cleaning feed, a utilities feed. Avoid like the plague. I stood there for over an hour waiting for them to fix it, instead of them waiving the deposit and letting me get some sleep. I had to get another hotel"

"This property is an Extended Stay property. Grounds were in terrible condition. Common area were unkept and not clean. Room was outdated, dirty, exterior windows were cracked and spidered. In no way was this property what we were expecting from the listing, and not sure why it’s on VRBO, it’s a Motel 6 Extended Stay hotel with no hotel amenities. Saying it has a kitchen is very misleading, and not a dish, utensil, or pan in sight to even utilize the kitchen. The only positive it’s 15 min away...

"The host were very communicative, which was nice. The area the rental was located had a married college dorm vibe to it. Wasn't horrible, but the conditions of the apartments noticably deteriorated as you drove through the area. The upgrades made in the facility were nice. Not all of the flooring was complete, and the unit certainly wasn't overly clean as we found left over hair in the shower, the bath towels weren't folded nicely, and there were some big dust bunnies laying around. For the...

"This is my second time staying with Global Luxury Suites, but first time staying here. What I really like is having a full kitchen and access to laundry. The suite was modern, clean and spacious. Great location, close to M street: restaurants, stores and historic buildings. The only thing to improve was wifi was very weak and the sink drained very slowly. Other than that I would definitely stay here again!"

"severe issues with my stay Gallery Bethesda 2 for the dates of August 7-9. After driving 14 hours from Wisconsin to drop my daughter off at Howard University, my family and I arrived exhausted and looking forward to relaxing. Instead, we have encountered a series of unacceptable problems. First, the garage key was missing from my check-in envelope. While customer service offered a reimbursement for alternative parking, I should not have to pay out-of-pocket for an amenity I already covered....

"I loved the quiet neighborhood and the location. A added plus was the restaurant and bar. The room was large and comfortable"

"Very nice host. Very spacious property"

"Liked the no contact part of the stay. Instructions for the property were clear. Public transportation is close and convenient. Not too far from downtown DC. Studio decorated nicely. Amenities were nice. You can hear talking and walking from upstairs, but not too disruptive. Overall wonderful stay."

"Everything was great - clean space and exactly as described."
