"Great location for touristy stuff! Right across from the Tower Bridge and multiple of the city sightseeing tour bus stops. Tube access to the District/Circle line right around the corner from the hotel entrance as well. If you have any early flights to Stansted and/or Luton airports, night tube will not be accessible so be aware. Otherwise, the rooms were clean, the staff were exceptional & professional. Will definitely be returning in the future!"

"Great location easy to catch the metro into central London or to O2. There was plenty of restaurants near by in all price ranges. The rooms and beds were tiny considering its an apartment hotel. No point in cooking as you there was no room to sit and eat, the option of cooking was why we choose this hotel, so a bit disappointed when we saw the size of the room. Bathroom was ok and it was quiet even on the weekend. All in all a good option if you don’t mind the size."

"Nice, professional welcome at check in. Room was a good size- tidy and clean- for 3 with 2 double beds, shower over bath, bathrobes and towels. Spa area was very pleasant, nice pool, not too busy between 8 snd 9am Very nice steam room! Changing rooms were well equipped, even had straighteners."

"New check in process using terminal is challenging as you need a lot more information that just turning up at the desk for check in. Apart from that great location, very quiet and excellent room. Appreciated the room upgrade as well!"
