This was our second time staying at the Sierra Mountain Inn. The staff is incredibly helpful and the room is comfy and entirely sufficient for a long weekend at the Yuba. Like many small hotels, there aren't a lot of bells and whistles, but for the price and proximity, it's all we needed. We'll be staying here again next time we're in Grass Valley!

I stayed at Sierra Mountain Inn for three nights and had a great experience. The stay was very comfortable, peaceful, and enjoyable from start to finish. The property was clean and well maintained, and the location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything went smoothly during our stay, and the overall atmosphere made it feel very welcoming. I would definitely recommend Sierra Mountain Inn to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again!

The staff was very nice. The parking was difficult because the area is so small. It's on the main road so the traffic and the air conditioner were noisy. Our room was very small but everything was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The cabin and property were great. Donna, who checked us in, was super friendly and helpful. The cabin was rustic but charming, clean and comfortable. The fireplace stove worked perfectly and kept the cabin comfy and warm. The shower was hot and therapeutic after a day of hiking in Glacier. We enjoyed the breakfast basket as well. The overall ambiance was just great except for one detail. Train noise. Loud train noise and whistles frequently throughout the night made it almost impossible to sleep. I’m amazed that none of the other reviewers made mention of it. Maybe we’re just light sleepers though the noise was really very intrusive. Just something to be aware of. Not sure if I would stay there again. Otherwise, it was great!

Cute little cottage like inn. I had the one queen room attached to the lobby. It had everything I needed. The check-in staff was very nice and I enjoyed my stay. The little kitchenette was great.
