"Schönes Zimmer mit antiken Möbeln. Das ganze Hotel hat wunderschöne Bilder von Künstlern aus der Region an den Wänden. Man spürt in jedem Winkel das Wirken der Künstlerkolonie. Nebenan der Barkenhof ist ein Besuch wert. Wir sind sehr oft in Worpswede, weil wir den Ort so lieben. "

Situated near greenery but just a short walk to central areas. The bed was soft and comfortable. I loved that the property was stocked with all that I needed especially the kitchen. "Very nice hotel. Staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel is located out of town in the rural area which is pretty (you could see cows in the far fields, for example). Parking is available free of charge and having a car was necessary. We went out for a dinner at "The Grill-Bremen" which was very nice. Excellent breakfast. Good internet. Very quiet room, perfect for sleeping and relaxation. No lift in the hotel. Overall a nice stay."

"Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff also very attentive. Very modern place, which wouldn’t be an issue if the basics were all there. But our aircon was broken (someone came to open a window and that was fine for us) and we didn’t have any shower gel. Plus the hand soap is locked so you can’t even take it to the shower. I’d rather normal light switches and less fancy decoration but with those basics sorted. "
