"Nice couple of nights. Excellent food in the restaurant when taking an evening meal. OK breakfast. All the restaurant and room staff were courteous and friendly. A few issues with reception and booking staff. We are still waiting for the £100 holding payment to be refunded six days after returning home!! Appears that the accounts department is very quick to take and very slow to refund!!"

"Not a great fan of hotel buffet breakfast, but, had it on Monday and was very good. A good, swift check-in, staff were very happy in their work, and chatty as well. Couldnt fault the hotel at all."

"Great hotel. Should be 4 star not 2 star. Staff were exceptionally helpful and rooms were great, would not hesitate to stay here again. Hopefully they do dinner next time."
