"This place was horrible I paid over $300 for a room with a view of the roof (porte coach) that was spaced about 2' from my window and so full of pigeons (who make a lot of noise when they are 3' from your head as you sleep). And when you turn on the window unit for A/C or heat, you get a nice wiff if pigeon poo.
When I asked the front desk about it they said they won't remove them because they have babies now (pigeons breed 6 times a year).
The bed was so bad when I slept my feet were above...
"Unfortunately the toilet had not been cleaned and there was urine and hairs on the toilet seat. We called the front desk and it was taken care of, but the experience definitely left a sour taste. Also, the water pressure for the shower was very low. The shower itself looked like it had been updated, but the shower head was loose at the wall connection and was rattling around.
